You could incubate the eggs yourself, with a small air run incubator! Just food for thoughts....

That would be something different to manually hatch Shrimp Eggs. I am firm believer in "Let Nature take it's course" unless in extreme emergencies. You'd need really fine movement as not to damage the eggs.
