Lol... Matt was so disappointed in the Fluval heaters failing on him, he felt the need to have us sit here infront of the grocery store so he can post this.
Time to go grocery shopping. No more fish stuff! Lol...

I'm looking at some hydor. Anyone ever use them? I have two I got on a used tank deal, they are actually my most stable heaters, I can run them dry and nothing ever happens. Any thoughts?

I have a couple Hydor as well and i have not run into any problems with them. If you don't want to pay the price of an Eheim i would definitely recommend hydor..

I might just go with a few more Hydor's and see how it goes, I know Ehiem is noted for being rock solid, but again so is fluval. Our coin fraze around the house if something is screwed up "its fluval!" Hydor it is!... Till that becomes a "fluval", then we might go with ol'faithful "Ehiem".
