Of all the variety of cichlids in your tank, peacocks are the least tempermental and can easily be bosses around by others.

Of all the variety of cichlids in your tank, peacocks are the least tempermental and can easily be bosses around by others. I've kept a close eye on them and they have learnt who and where to avoid they like the far left side of the tank with the lemon Jake and the Oscar who oddly enough seems to protect them they're not big enough for him to be bother and the other cichlids who are bigger and more aggressive stay away from the Oscar it's like a symbiotic relationship he eats then they eat what flushes out of his gills kinda neat they're like his mini cleanup crew I have a tank on standby for when demeanors change
