i don't know what those are but it sounds exciting! They are a great plant for low to medium light tanks!

Can I use my marine T5 bulbs? I have a 2 bulb fixture and a 4 bulb one, I also have a 3 watt LED light strip with 30 lights on a 90 gallon. I know its kinda hard to tell without seeing, but what would you suggest?

The marine lights are too blue for plants. They need the spectrum in the 6500K range. The 10000k bulbs would create algae problems. At Home Depot I saw 6500K T5 bulbs. They were not HO thought. If your ballast is for T5HO then you probably over drive these. Still I would go with the T5 over the 3W LED strip if it was me. Of course if you can't find the right bulbs the LED might be the better option.
