It's hard to get a full head count with all that moss in there, but I believe I have somewhere close to 30. I'll have to pull the moss and figure it out for certain

Having looked again, there appear to be closer to 20-25 of the little fellas. I'm excited to see them when they start taking on more tiger barb-like traits~

Cute little fellas.... are these going to be the regular or the green variety or surprise?

Mom and dad are both regular, in this case.
The first time my tigers bred, it was an albino mom with a green dad, but all those eggs got eaten. Would have been interesting to see if I got any colour morphs out of that pairing!

Agreed. These were always one of favorite fish, but best in a species only tank.

Thanks, guys~
Gary, they coexist incredibly well with my striata botia loaches! The zebras will even join their school for some fun, and the tigers just completely ignore them. They've learned to leave the rainbow shark alone, as well. Quite a bit of harmony in my semi-aggressive setup!
Most likely because I maintain a large enough group. I do see problems start up if my numbers dwindle, but adding some new blood always tilts things back into order.
