Thought I'd share my troupe here as well~ I was hunting for a breeding pair (there's almost always a receptive female nightly) and captured a territory spat between my two males instead.
The larger male runs the rightmost two thirds of the 20 long, and the smaller male usually hangs out with the ladies in the final third of the tank. This works to his benefit though, because the ladies are always super receptive to the little guy when they're laden.

That's the hope. I wound up with a very small number of eggs last night, but I'll keep watching for more behaviour and separate as I see fit.
