He fits your handle name."noodle" Well i did start into the hobby wanting kuhlis haha I got p. oblonga, p. cf oblonga, p. seminica, p. superba, and now p. doriae. Big large group of all together.

Actually went back today and saw they had a second p. doriae mixed in the oblonga... scooped him up fast too!

Comparing pangio oblonga (java loach, black kuhli loach) to pangio doriae. The doriae arent shy at all, not as crazy, move way more snake like than the shorter bodied kuhlis

Nice fish, not really sure if I would get used to them “slinking” around the tank.
