Well there will be a lot of weight on there so making sure it supported correctly never hurts. And this is very awesome build. I also cant wait to see finished product. And just remember you need any help with anything I am here.

thanks for the offer. Phil thought about this thing all night and got up at 5am to work on it some more. He is covering it with wainscotting in the end. He wants it to look really nice, I, on the other hand just asked for a utility aquarium stand...he always makes more work for himself!

your biggest concern should me supporting the floor first, if that finish project is staying in the living room with all the tanks and water, the weight will send it straight to the basement. just letting you know and watching out for u.
