Agreed they look like Rummynose, especailly if they have a checkered flag tape of tail (cannot tell from the picutre)

Fish in the background look like rummy nose tetras but the one in the forefront looks slightly different. Could be the camera or photo but is that fish the same as those in the background?

Yes your right, I have had that fish for 3 years. It had a yellow spot on the top of its head when I got it, after about a year it's body started to turn white. Now its entire body is white makes it's nose look so bright red and yes he still has the black and whith checker tail. Thought I would stump you with it being such a strange colour. Good job guys maybe if I didn't have other Rummynoses in the picture it would have been harder.Has Anyone ever seen a white one like this?

nice looking fish , you should try to breed it with your other ones and see if you can get a few more. i'll bet a school of them would look awesome.
