No the wont eat your CRS but a downside to keeping an Apple Snail in a shrimp tank is food competition. The sheer size of an apple snail will almost guarantee that the shrimp will not have access to any of the food you attempt to feed them. The Apple Snail is like a gigantic fortress and its size prevents access to the food. So your shrimp will likely be starved out.
