Yesterday morning I bought some new fish and didn't realize until one was in my tank that he came with ich. This morning I found a spot on one of my neon tetras. I don't have an issue with having to treat the tank as it happens sometimes, but my issue is with what to treat it! Last time I had to do this I used RidIch (which didn't help) and ended with Super Ich Cure by API (which did the job) however, I lost an Oto and all of my cardinal tetras. Since then I have heard and read about treating with salt and higher water temperatures. My issue is though, the fish I have. What I have read is that these fish: Corys, Plecos (bristlenose in particular was mentioned), oto's, Kuhlis, shrimp and snails (assassins and trumpets) will be stressed and possibly die with that method-and I have all of those including neon tetras which may also be adversely affected. When I used the API meds I did not have the Kuhli's and was reading earlier that they (along with other catfish species) may die from it. So, at this point I feel like I'm screwed either way and so are my fish because something is going to die =/
Does anyone know of a safe treatment for ALL of my fish?

Can also try Seachem Paraguard. Will not harm plants or shrimp either and safe for all fish.
