Ok so after begging and swinging some deals with my parents I convinced them to swing by Shrimpfever for me on the way back from there trip up to Brampton "not easy" because they were in there 30 foot motor home! I got these really cool carbon rili's and a couple ss crystal reds to add to the few that survived our hectic move back in march. The setup is about 80 gallons pool filter sand substrate Malaysian drift wood river stones and black lava rocks plants are a mix of crypts, ferns, mosses, pallia, and anubis. The water is tap cut with RO and Indian almond leaves, the lighting is 4-23 watt cfl's. I know 80 gallons is quite a bit for little shrimp but it's pretty neat watching them bounce around, my daughter thinks its like a shrimp city she named it Shrimpoky Ontario! LoL!! Setup. Carbon rili's Crystals Oh and a couple assassin snail's!

Thank you! The shrimp are quite easy to photograph it's just a waiting game for them to be in the right spot! I can't wait to see how this setup comes together once the shrimp start breeding and plants fill in.

Makes my 10G Red Cherry Shrimp tank look like a bus top in your city tank. Glad you're happy with them. I'm trying to figure out what to do with my overrun tank. Can't stop the little buggers from expanding the colony. LoL!!! I originally had other plans for this setup but when the opportunity arose to get these shrimp things changed and now they get one of the big tanks! My wife and daughter really enjoy watching them I'm thinking of adding my micro rasboras to the mix once the mosses fill in a little more! As for your cherry's once the breeding machine starts it don't stop lol!! There worse then rabbit's lol!!
