I'll be working in Kitchener for the next few weeks, so i'm wondering if anyone knows of any good marine fish/coral stores to visit before I drive home every friday.
I know bigals is there and i'll be checking that out.

Unfortunately, Aquariums By Design is closing by December They are clearing all their livestock and dry goods right now. I was there on Tuesday and pretty well all marine saltwater fish and corals were sold on the weekend. Not sure what is left. This leaves only Big Al's in Kitchener, besides the usual chain pet stores, as a retail source for fish and dry goods in Kitchener-Waterloo. I just returned from Cleveland where they have lots of great local shops and stopped at Fantastic Fins in Livonia Detroit on the way back ... I wish we had some of those shops closer to K-W Some of the ones in Mississauga are really good, but the traffic getting there and back even on the weekends is ... ughhhhhh

Was one of the stops I liked to make when a few of us made the rounds in that area . Was also one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen .
