I previously had a Madagascar lace plant that I grew from a tiny little seedling purchased at PetSmart, to a plant that had 20+ leaves and was over 24" tall.
Recently ( yesterday ) I sold a Cryptocorine Balansae that I grew from a small cutting into a 24+" monster, in a 10 gal. tank with only 3/4" substrate. ( Several people from the forum bare witness to this.)
Finally, I purchased a single Cryptocoryne Cordata Var. Grabowski plant at an action just over a year ago. This is a rare plant and highly desirable by planted tank enthusiasts. I managed to propagate this plant many times over, and share it with some people in the area, as well as with The Plant Guy himself. ( He also ended up with my lace plant! )
So what are your accomplishments with plants?

Not being much of a plant guy I did have an Amazon Sword plant that grew into a giant and filled a 20 tall tank . Not much of an accomplishment by some standards but it made me happy.

I have grown so many plants over the years. But one that sticks out for me is was some very impressive blyxa japonica that one year filled a 10 gallon tank from end to end and up to the surface. Then it flowered for me.

Last year I grew some impressive eggplant, cucumber, squash and tomato plants in the garden. In the aquarium, not so much.

The one that stood out the most foe was my red tiger lotus. It grew over 24" tall and had propagated like crazy

Giant Val - leaves went to the surface 18" high, then along the surface to the other end of the tank for another 18" total 36" leaves Amazon Sword - huge leaves, plant was close to 24" then my severums became adults and ate them, I have plastic and silk plants in there now Red Tiger Lotus - Many leaves to the surface 18" high, beautiful leaf colours Duckweed - I hardly ever see it in my tanks, the cichlids eat it like popcorn anytime someone gives me a bag full Hornwort - I can not seem to grow this floating plant in any of my tanks, it just falls apart, not sure why ?
