Low nitrogen.

I have tested my water.
My nitrogen levels are always unreadable.
My phosphorous is on the high end of good levels
My potasium is on the low end of okay.
iron levels are good.
I currently dose liquid co2 and iron with micro nutrients.

Does anyone know where i can get potassium nitrate from locally?

I realise for the seller to sell it to me there are hoops i have to go through since its a substance you can make bombs with.
