I have a very fine laced blue and white plastic plant that is growing algae on it.Any recommendations on how to clean it?

I have a very fine laced blue and white plastic plant that is growing algae on it.Any recommendations on how to clean it? Soak it in a bleach solution... maybe 10-20% bleach for about 5-10 minutes. I've only done it on plastic plants and haven't seen any changes in colour. That should take most of it off but will still have to scrub with a toothbrush to get the rest off. You can scrub it off without the bleach but you'll just have to work harder at getting it off.

You can scrub it off without the bleach but you'll just have to work harder at getting it off. Yes. Don't be afraid of the bleach solution. I have tried it works well. Just a quick rinse in a solution containing API tap water conditioner removes all traces of chlorine.
