I already started four of them! The fifth one in the works!
So far I have emerald rasboras, and mixed Endler's Livebearers out! Not sure what else I will try, maybe some long fin zebra danios, however they are jumpers so I have to come up with a solution for that! Maybe some yellow white clouds, if Les can't find the time to set up his own container!

Well another season has started. I have limited space this year with only a balcony and room for one container pond. I had my outside pond up for about 5 weeks but just now finally set it up with fish and plants. This is a 30 gallon tub with gravel and eco complete substrate. The pond has jungle val's and java moss planted in the bottom, giant duck weed and water lettuce floating on the surface and pothos plants growing out of the water with there roots danging in. There is also a piece of manzanita branch partial submerged in the pond with a place for the pothos plants to be tied to grow up in during the summer. I was all over the place on what I going to put in the pond as far as fish go but with it being so high up and varying temps I went with a tough guppy strain for the pond with a dozen fish in it now.

Well I put the cardinal tetras that I got on the bus trip out in a bucket! Figured they can take the heat and there is plenty of live food for them to mature over the summer! I am not planning to breed them, however if it happens it meant to be.

Keeps the water nice and warm!
