First, nice tank. I love Cube tanks.
What look are you going for and what is your experience with plants? Answers to these two questions were determine your course of action. One thing I would like to point out, you have some serious depth, so you'll need some really strong lighting if you want good light penetration at the bottom of the tank.

Nice tank Frank!
Gary - Frank has extensive experience with plants!
I would like to see someone do a Bucephalandra garden, with a lot of different plants. Could go from the tiny leafed Mini Catherinae to the giant Bucephalandra Godzilla. And anything in between!

Ok, then he'll have a good idea which plants will work in there. Why not try out a Biotope? I find Biotopes (having had one at one time) an excellent challenge for testing your skill level.
That would also make for a good Paludarium, the dimensions are perfect and you can have the best of both worlds.

That tank has so much potential and ways you can go. I would go with a lush cryptocoryne planted tank. Some tall narrow crypt species in the back, some broad leaved red or brown mid grown crypts and some crypt parva in the front with a nice piece of branch wood and some small stones for hardscape and maybe a moss species on the branch wood.
