Both look really good. However the photo of the discus is my concern. Is it being used with permission? Or is it from a stock photo or such... I have seen that photo before. I believe aquamagic uses it as well. I could care less, it's a gorgeous photo.... but if used improperly, could cause copyright enforcement.

if anyone who owns wants it taken down, it will be taken down. Aqua Magic does not own that image, although they might use it

Stellar is right. You should not use an image without permission. All images (whether marked or not) are copyright of the photographer. If they let you use it, that's one thing, but another to use someone else's pic without permission. Some people sell their work and find it highly distressing to have people use it for nothing.

It wasn't really my intention to "complain", however the reasons lisachromis stated, were my thoughts exactly. I'd hate for "bad press" to fall upon this wonderful society.

Exactly! It's not a complaint, but a concern. We should be above board on everything we do. I bet there are some people here who are good 'fish' photographers. We should use local talent where possible.

Yes, using images without permission opens the door for possible problems down the road. I agree with Lisa, I'm sure we have a ton of budding photographers here, put them all up, we can all vote for the picture and make it a group effort.
