So just curious if anyone took advantage of the recent online auction that took place over a recent closure of a store that shall remain nameless... i meant to go to the store and check it out but with covid and restrictions i just never knew if the store was open or not, took a look at online auction and wasn't really intrigued by anything i saw to make a bid on anything...

I am with Lesfromlakeshore on that one. I did browse but that was it. Shifty to the end. Price will change by arrival.

I didn’t buy any tanks in the auction but I bought a bunch of misc items for projects and some random boxes of pumps that hopefully work. I did bid on two lots of wood and sadly were much smaller than anticipated... I guess that’s my fault for not judging scale of stuff around it. Overall probably spent more than I should have but had fun doing it

Even though I thought I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again. I did purchase a couple driftwood lots and some cool red stones I wanted. They were cheap. The tanks went for more money than I thought considering they were clearly used, and they didnt even bother to clean them up. There was a very salty looking 4 foot 120 that i was interested in, but as soon as it crested $200 i was out. Not sure what the final price was. I try pretty hard to stay at the $1 a gallon or $2 if everything is clean and complete.
