Well I've found myself diving with both feet into a new hobby.. My family bought me a HomeBrew Kit for my bday a few months ago and 3 weeks ago I gave it a shot. With the kit came a "Muntons Irish Stout" Used Brown sugar for fermenting and priming sugar at bottling time. Bottle 48 bottles and 3 wine bottles (ran out of bottles and couldn't let any beer go to waste) The end result was good success for a first timer... I think i didn't allow for the fermentation to fully complete and added a little too much sugar which gave the beer a "Pop" sort of texture with fizz but i still enjoy it Anyone else tried or doing this?

Yeah, homemade Wine. The problem was the ease of production.
