Well I can certainty answer this question. As we all have different set up and different types of fish. We would all be feeding different things. Since I breed guppies I have to have food for all ages. I have gone thru trial and error and these foods are what works best for me. For my guppy fry they get fed for the first 2 weeks nothing but Nurtafin Max Baby fish formula. After two weeks to a month old. They continue getting the baby fish formula but also get baby brine shrimp. Once a month old to 4 month old. They eat Spectrum grow by New Life and also frozen brine shrimp. As adults guppies as well as my Neon Tetra's they Tetra Flakes mixed with crushed algae wafers. To get both there vegetable and animal protein, and they also continue to get frozen brine shrimp. My Cory Cats get Wardley Shrimp Pellets as well as Nutrafin Max Sinking Krill and Shrimp Pellets for variety as well as what ever else the other fish don't eat. They all love there foods.
