Well 30" tall anyway. Anyone have something that deep or deeper? 1 think 25" is my tallest and it is already a bit of a stretch for me.
If you have a tall tank do you enjoy it or regret going quite that deep?

I will never get another deep tank again if I'm paying for it. I have a 30" tank and even with my long arms, I cannot reach the bottom and using blades on sticks or other means to clean the glass near the bottom just doesn't really cut it. So, my vote is don't go deeper unless you're paying someone else to clean it!

I agree with that. Deep tanks are a pain.

Thanks lc and gg. That's what I fixgured but it is always good to hear from someone who has lived with it.
I'm still tempted but that is the troublemakeing side of me.
I'm going to add another tank (LOL). I'm thinking a 4 x 2 x 30" tall or a 5 x 2 x 26" tall. The latter being the smarter option but it is a bit harder for me to fit.

I once had a hexagonal shape aquarium - never again! Too deep to work on plants, etc. A real pain removing fish too. On the flip side, I've seen some nicely decorated reefs in deeper tanks.
