Just wondering if anyone here orders from Kensfish. Perhaps the club could consider a group order. Just throwing it out there.

J, I've ordered from there many times and will be again soon. Let me know if you need something and I'm sure we can work something out. A club group order would also be something to think about. Just not sure if he ships over here. I have a mailbox place in Detroit I deal with but if I cross with a boatload of stuff customs might give me a hard time.

He ships to Canada as I used to organize club group orders and my own individual orders. I'm just looking for a bit of specialized food... my wife isn't as forgiving as yours when it comes to raising worms and hatching brine shrimp. LOL

Do you know if he offers free shipping on orders over a certain amount to Canada. When I ordered for Glen and I it was free shipping on orders over $80 to the states.

I would be interested if we are to go with this! It is on the web site that it is free shipping on orders over $75.00, now if that holds for Canada?

Still haven't heard back from Ken. Worst case scenario is paying tax when bringing back from the US.

Unfortunately I haven't heard anything. Worst case scenario is that we have to pay tax if we ship to Michigan and bring it across the border. I'm certain taxes would be cheaper than the shipping charge. Just a thought.

I wouldn't hesitate to ship to a Michigan mailbox. Over $75 is free shipping, and anything less than $250 you have a very small chance of paying duty. If you ship to Canada, the cross border shipping increases dramatically. In almost all cases its better to ship to the states. Ken's is great BTW.

I haven't ordered from him in a few years as I've been overseas but I have nothing but good things to say about his product and service. Perhaps we could raise a potential club order at the next meeting, etc.
