This section needed more posts so here I go again with the rest of my pets!!! My cat.... My snake..... My Cockatoo.... My Cockatails.... My Bunnies.... The white one is recently deceased, but I have to include her..... My third bunny also deceased this year, unfortunetely we got them almost at the same time so they were getting up in age! All our pets are rescues so they had a good life!!!! This was my favorite pet but I had to give it away because of My sons medical condition, he is still around and happy as ever! My ex brother in law has him!!! I wonder how many of you get freaked out about this picture! I used to have it on as an avatar on other forums and I just get so many pms because of it! And last but not least my pup.... just so Oldmanriver can take a better look....

My wife wants to get rabbits once we move. She has visions of raising them as her Swiss grandmother did back in Basel. Only problem is that Swiss lady raised them and then slaughtered them to eat. lol
Love your animals. I used to keep cockatiels and they're just lovely birds.

Great looking group of Pets. I remember first time going to your house and was so surprised at how many pets you had. And very happy to hear your pets are rescued. Great job.

J, just remind your wife that the larger the bunny it is easier to litter train, Trust me the mini's are a pain! Also the giants make better stew....
Thanks Glen! This is nothing! I used to have a lot more! Also we are working with TLC kitten rescue, and sometimes we foster up to a dozen kittens... You should see my basement than!!! Also my wife used to work for the headquarters of OSPCA in Newmarket, back then we would have all the baby wildlife rescues as well. We had 8 week old beavers, racoons, squirrels, porcupine, duck, gees, even bull frogs confiscated from restaurants.... I miss those days!

Great looking pets. Glad to hear about your work with OSPCA, sooo many animals in need. What type of snake is that in the second picture?

I keep reminding her that she must've eaten her Omi's rabbits but wasn't told so for fear of not eating. Gotta love those Swiss.

The snake in the first picture is a Western Hognose Snake, and in the second a ball python.
Ryan, we worked with lots of animals, but only the young and healthy. Because of fear that our herd gets some disease or something. The real work is done for the sick, and injured in my opinion. Unfortunate that in this age everything costs a lot and we can not afford to help with the ones in real need.
J, bunnies are also hoot, I will always have one as a pet.
Oldmanriver, the dog came from the Aspca in Missouri, she is a whippet, yellow lab cross.

I had a tiel once he was sweet I have bunnies now.... well my daughter has bunnies she does everything but clean the cage she has the one so tame it can be dressed up in doll clothes! the other day I went past the cage and noticed it was empty I saw her sitting on the floor playing with her sister and asked where BunBun was she said completely matter of factly "Oh he's playing over there" and there he was on the other side of the room peeking into the small toy bucket picking out small princess figures and tossing them in the air.

Bunnies are great that way, they will entertain themselves as well as you if you give them some toys that you do not mind torn up!
