The betta is doing good he was very sceptical and scared but now he is swimming all around my tank he ate 6 pellets today and now have him on a regular feeding time It's great that he is eating and I know it's fun to watch him eat but remember the more he eats, the more he poops and the quicker the water will get dirty in a small tank. Might want to cut the feedings back, will keep his environment healthier.

Agreed. Too much food can also compact inside of them and cause bloat or constipation. It's even a good idea to give him a day or two out of the week without food at all. A lot of betta owners do this, and it helps to give him some time to process what's in his gut. Don't worry about him being hungry - he could probably last for two weeks without any food at all. A one-day fast is very easy for them to handle.

If the water level goes under the water line should u add more water The heater needs to be under water at all times. The water line is there for minimum water. Put the heater on the bottom of the tank, and you will not have any problems with it.

Ok If the end of the fins ends are white is that good When healing, the fins fins should go from white to clear then normal colour when fully healed if I'm not mistaken. Its been a while since Ive seen finrot.

If it's just a white colour, that should be fine, but if it grows puffy and cottony, youre dealing with a fungus. Just keep an eye on it
